This book was written during the UK lockdown, in the 2020 covid-19 pandemic period. It distils the essentials learned by the 52 year old author during the last 30 years of his somewhat unfairly troubled life. His primary message is that we should avoid forming identities. The book quotes from a small number of significant other books, a small but essential amount of the author's life story, and it reflects on some topical societal features.
